Dual Clutch Transmission Remover Installer Tool Kit Compatible with DPS6 2011 2019

Specialized tool kit for removal, installation, and reset of DPS6 dry dual clutch transmission.Designed to remove the retaining snap ring of the dual clutch, install the three-jaw assembly, engage the threaded bar with the input shaft (20 turns), and extract the dual clutch.Enables re-springing or re-tripping of clutch springs to allow reinstallation.If the dual clutch is reused after removal, the transport device must be reinstated.Compatible with DPS6 dual clutch transmission on: Fiesta 2011–2019 Focus 2012–2018 Transit Connect 2019 B-MAX 2012 onward Usage instructions: Insert the locked dual clutch into the mounting sleeve.Attach the extension feet to the three designated mounting holes and secure them.Loosen the adjustment screw and verify proper alignment.Once aligned, remove the tool and reinstall the retaining ring.Remove the motors from both sides.Insert the hexagonal tool into the motor teeth and rotate counterclockwise until resistance is met and a popping sound occurs; the dual clutch will slightly lift.Repeat the counterclockwise rotation on the opposite side.Reinstall the motors.The dual clutch is now unlocked and ready for handling.
